🏋️ Age Is Just a Number: How Strength Training Fuels Longevity After 60

We talk a lot about building muscle, crushing personal records, and becoming the strongest version of yourself. But today, I want to talk to a very special, and often overlooked, group: our friends and family over the age of 60. I am will be 58 years young in February and this subject is near and dear to my heart.

If you think strength training is only for twenty-somethings chasing six-packs, you couldn’t be more wrong. At Blue Titan, we know that lifting weights is arguably more important for your golden years than it ever was before.
